Internships • The goal of a quality internship should be to provide a supervised work experience for students to build their expertise and proficiency in an area of their interest. • Internships can have value to both a new student with no previous work history, and students that have extensive experience. • A high quality internship should meet the need of all three parties (intern, and company/agency, and college).
