Information • IPR grades at the end of the week - much to accomplish before the end of the 2nd Marking Period - Europe, Russia, and Africa • Europe - start a new section in your binder for materials on Europe - keep these items separate from the first 4 chapters

Introduction to Europe • In the textbook… - turn to page 260-261 - review the current issues • Use the internet to find out more information on the issues - work together to answer the questions on page 260 - Identify ways Europe is dealing with pollution - Find an article discussing the debt crisis in the European Union
Follow directions on the pages • Create a response sheet and complete the questions as a group. • Use the computer and text to help • Begin looking at the various problems with such a large continent • You will have 15 minutes to complete this assignment
Chapter 12 work • Begin reading the section - work on the section between 260-271 - identify physical features - identify GDP of nations
