  3. Written Standard • Written Standard must include: • Details of roles and responsibilities of each role: • Employer • Section 25 and 26 of the OH&S Act • Supervisor • Section 27 of the OH&S Act • Worker • Section 28 of the OH&S Act

  4. Communication Documented communication of standard to everyone

  5. Training • Documented training to support “ roles and responsibilities” in the OH&S Act • Training can be completed in house or through external training provider • Construction – KCA • Wiebke will be offering the course she ran in 2009 • Train the Trainer is also an option

  6. Evaluation • Ensure all workplace parties meet the standard • Check training • Knowledge • Perhaps as part of Performance appraisal

  7. Acknowledge Success/Make Improvements • Any suggestions? • Recognition in news letter • Recognition at staff meeting
