Survey Results • End of season survey was conducted Mid Sept to early October • 43 respondents out of roughly 70 families (~63%) • The survey will be part of our operating procedures • Helps identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities • The survey helps us see threads through the responses • The board is using these results to make changes

9. New For 2014 • HOA approved 4 lanes for evening practices versus 2 in the past. Evening practices are still going to be challenging. • Team will implement an evening A/B schedule this season • Ex: your swimmer will have practice Mon, Wed and Friday evenings

11. New For 2014 • HOA approved an additional ½ hour practice during mornings. • Allows us to conduct 4 sessions in the morning, reducing swimmers per lane.

New For 2014 • More Individual Attention: • HOA approved team request for Coaches Clinics • Will occur Tues and Thurs (summer) from 2-4 pm • Four ½ hour sessions are included in this 2 hour window. Price per ½ hour is $10 and is paid to the coaches. First come, first serve basis • Plan is to create events on website for signups

17. Registration • 171 Registered Swimmers • 3 Families chose to buyout from Volunteering this season • Volunteer Obligation for 2014 is TBD

Team Fundraiser • Team Sponsor Vocelli’s Fundraiser • Cards can purchased for $15.00 per card • Proceeds from the cards go to paying for the Ice Cream social events/events for your swimmers • Asking Families to purchase two cards each; one for themselves and then sell one. • Purchase two and receive a NEW team Car Magnet (Value $10.00) • Available in the lobby/will also be sold at team practices and team meets

19. Spiritwear • Will utilize online store again this season. Final details will be available in the next few weeks. • Team will only be selling silicone caps this season @ $12.00 • New Car Magnets @ $10.00 • Continuing the same suits as last year. Suits and caps from years previous to last years will not be permitted at meets
