Preliminary Pre-Season Trip Pricing • Tentative Dates: December 5-7 • US Destination (Vermont or New York – Passports Required!) • Jay Peak, VT • Requires $500 non-refundable contract and final numbers 30 days prior • $219/night ($278/night including indoor waterpark) • New Stateside Hotel (on-hill) • Quad Occupancy (rooms provided for ski tuning and group dinners) • Included 3 day lift passes for 2 adults and 2 juniors (14 and under) • Thursday night (December 4) hotel only: $155 • Whiteface, NY • $140/night accommodations in Lake Placid • Quad Occupancy • $122/adult, $102/teen, $81/junior (under 13) for 3-day lift pass • (Approx. $275/day compared to Jay Peak)

Defi Carnaval Le Relais • SQA will announce quota per club • Only one person (Nathalie) will be able to do initial booking this year (acceptance of quota) and request for additional spots • Last year initial quota was 8 but we eventually got all spots requested (25) • Respond to Nathalie if interested • Need priority protocol.
