  2. Grad Week Overview • Welcome • Mr. Sturgeon, Principal • Financial Picture of graduation • Grad Fee $120.00 • $20.00 refund following graduation

  3. Valedictorian & Prizes • Details about the selection process • Mrs. Capson-Daniels, Vice-Principal

  4. Graduation Choir • They will choose the song to be sung at graduation. • Rehearsal every week until graduation week. • Mrs. Keating and Ms. Horsman

  5. Grad Dinner • April 3, 2014 • How you can help? • Sign-up for prize collection, set-up, decorating, take down. • Format of the evening. • Tickets $15.00 – dinner & entertainment • Dress is semi-formal

  6. Grad Week Events • June 15 to June 20, 2014 • Baccalaureate service • Prom • Rehearsal • Graduation • Safe Grad

  7. Baccalaureate Service • Sunday, June 15 , 2014 • Location – • Mr. Wilton & Mrs. Grasse

  8. LHHS Prom 2014 • Prom Executive • Staff Advisors: Shelley Francis, Karrie Dunphy, Stephanie Henry • Location: UNB Student Union Building • Date: Tuesday June 17, 2014 • Tickets: They will go on sale in May and will be distributed the second week of June

  9. Prom - Order of the evening • Hours for the event: 6:45 p.m. to 11 p.m. • Arrival of Grads will begin at 6:45 p.m. in front of the SUB building • Grand March- 8:00 p.m. • Grad Class Photo Story– 10:00 p.m. • A handout of Prom information in full detail is available this evening from Mrs. Francis

  10. LHHS Graduation Rehearsal • Wednesday, June 18, 2014 • I p.m. at UNB Aitken Center • Attendance is mandatory. • Students receive gowns and tickets. • 2 tickets per family

  11. LHHS Graduation Ceremony • Friday, June 20, 2014 • 7:30 p.m. at UNB Aitken Center • Reception to follow at the school. • Student leave for Safe Grad following the reception. • Special Seating requirements graduates need to see Mr. Glenn Carrol.
