  2. The Setting • Tupper is the alma mater of notorious gangster BindyJohal. • It was tainted by the murder of 17-year-old JomarLanot on November 2003. • Only 18 per cent of students speak English at home and the school has the second highest special needs population in the province.

The Vision and Inspiration • Build youth tennis to overcome barriers to entry • Create the only public tennis “club” open to minors • Offer a free competitive event open to all levels • Create and support the local tennis community • Implement what USTA is doing • Free summer tennis camps across the US • Tennis “block parties”
