The equilibrium constant (Kc) is a number that indicates the relationship between the concentrations of reactants and products at equilibrium. You can change the pressure, which changes the concentrations (initially) but equilibrium always reestablishes at the same K value, even if the position of it has changed.
Decrease volume. Increase pressure. Concentration of all increases. Value of Kc goes down intially due to this. Equilibrium shifts right and Kc increases. When equilibrium is re-established Kc has returned to its original value.
