Broad Themes for Continuous Development • Staff communication, consultation and engagement • Managing change (plan, reflect, learn) • Delegation from CMT down • Style and standards of management need to be enhanced in a minority of cases • Performance management, improving but still an issue – additional pressure on competent staff
