Curricular Flexibility Academic/vocational curriculum for pupils who are not suited with mainstream subjects: English, Maths, SVS, Science,Horticulture, Duke of Edinburgh, Tutorial Support, PSHE, Construction, Childcare (Skills for Work). Advantages: Increases choice, relevance, motivation, meets pupil needs. Practical Problems: Transport, shared facilities, timetable, linking with external providers, gate keeping.
School Ethos – Restorative Practices Pupil Support – Home School Partnership Reasoning and Reacting – conflict resolution, anger management, assertiveness training Improving Attendance Drugs and Alcohol Programmes Building Positive Relationships Partnership with other agencies Tackle Barriers To Learning
