  2. Cal Young Project Team • We have all taken the Broadcast Media class at Cal Young, are well versed in working with photography and video equipment and production hardware and software. • We have been working on this team for 20 weeks.

  3. What the Media Production Team Does • We strive to create professional quality video walk-throughs of on-the-market properties • We create videos using a combination of still images, video segments, and panoramas, with an original music composition

  4. Cal Young Facilities • We have access to multiple still and video cameras. • We have tripods and four Mac Book Pros dedicated for post production. • We have Adobe Creative Suite software, photo stitching software, and video apps for rendering stills and movies.

  5. Working with Kevin Reed • Kevin has helped us launch our business and guided us along the way. • We have created a video walk-through of a four-story Victorian OCCI building, with an original soundtrack as a first project for Kevin. • Charity Crosby and Steve Spohn have helped provide a professional support and guidance for our project team.

  6. On the Job - How We Work • We work for you; we send a team to your location. We will work closely with a real estate agent to create the perfect image of your property, your way.

  7. Job Costs Still frame 2 sizes $125 Still frame pictures and slideshow with branded and unbranded at $150 Still frame pictures and video walkthrough, music, with still pictures $225
