  3. 4 years of funding from the Benedum Foundation and WV Legislature (through the WV Department of Education and the Arts) • President of the Benedum Foundation, Deputy Secretary of WV-DEA (now Governor’s Education Advisor) primary stakeholders • Adoption of NCATE PDS Standards as a framework for developing partnerships and for accountability
