  23. The Project is Assisting 300 Families or 1,800 Individuals

  24. A community-led effort facilitated by ICEB-trained community workers.

  25. A finished housing product where the land component is donated by private individuals.

  26. Total savings generated ranges from 35-40% through earth-based construction technology.

  27. A 50 square meter-duplex housing unit with a P220,000 total package cost or P110,000 per unit cost without the land component.

  28. Proposal to POGS National and Regional Components: To build ten (10) in Cagayan de Oro and ten (10) houses in Iligan City under The names of POGS at P 110,000.00 per unit. Total Cost: P 2.4 Million.
