ANEURISMA INTRACRANEALES (AI) QUE NO SIGUEN EL GUION • AI en población no habitual: niños. • Origen traumático o postquirúrgico. • Presentación clínica atípica: epilepsia. • Sangrado de localización infrecuente: • Intraparenquimatoso, intraventricular, subdural. • Topografia del aneurisma inusual: • Arteria cerebelosa antero superior, pericallosa, vertebral. • Gigantes > 2,5 cm. • Tratamiento diferente al tradicional: • “Coiling” o “Clipping”.
