  2. We Arrive near Paris, TX…and form up at Camp Maxey for the “Challenge” …of Disciplined Learning!

  3. Cadets are assigned to Companies and Platoons(A Squadron and Flight in the Air Force)

  4. You can put ‘em in an Army Combat Uniform but the Air Force remains in the soul!

  5. Orienteering, Marksmanship, Rope Bridge, Core Values – It is all about Teamwork…and…LEADERSHIP! The Army spells it: • L – Loyalty • D- Duty • R- Respect • S- Selfless Service • H – Honor • I – Integrity • P – Personal Courage • The Air Force streamlines it (to cut down on the drag): • Integrity First, • Service Before Self • Excellence in All we do!

  6. Academics cooled us off followed by Formation and Drill

  7. Though this is all about our Cadets - a Program like this can’t help but bring the instructor cadre closer together in respect through a common bond for what we do and WHO we do it for!

  8. The six days, though fast and furious, begins as the hope in a rainbow for next years’ FWISD JROTC Cadet Leadership

  9. We Will Capitalize on the Learned Leadership these Cadets Will Get the Opportunity to Apply in 2012-13We will ALL be Better for it!
