Applicant Profile: Attachment Review • Required Annually: • HUD Form 2880 • SF-LLL • HUD – 50070 • Survey on EEO • Does not have to be updated but MUST be attached: • Not-for-Profit Documention • Code of Conduct* (Must be either attached or already received by HUD)
Match and leverage • Match is a REQUIRMENT • 25 percent of request excluding leasing dollars • Leverage is NOT Mandated but is a factor in CoC scoring • 150 percent • Both Match and Leverage documentation must be attached to every project application • Please contact CARES for more information!
Review process • All project applications must be submitted within esnaps by August 9th (HUD requires that all applications are received 30 days prior to the submission of the full CoC application) • CARES will review all project submission • CARES will return edits within 1 week • All corrections must be completed and resubmitted via esnaps on or before August 26
Please remember • CARES does not have Project Applicant ESNAPS information • CARES can not see what you see when providing TA unless • You PDF the application • Request a webinar to share the screen • When Projects are submitted in ESNAPS it comes directly to CARES as a PDF READ ONLY
The 2016 application process • E-snaps is NOT OPEN yet for 2016 Application Cycle • HOWEVER: Applications are due to CARES on or by August 9 via esnaps • NO PDFs need to be submitted to CARES…please just notify CARES that it has been submitted
