FUNCIÓN 15: TRANSPORTES • RESULTADOS ESPERADOS DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS • Fomentar la integracion regional e interregional en materia vial , mediante la ejecucion de lasvias y medios de comunicacion de calidad, mediante el mejoramiento y rehabilitacion de 285 kilometros de carretera, y 127.5 ml de puentes al año 2012 respecto al año 2010. • Mejoramiento de lascondiciones de transitabilidad vehicular de cargas y pasajeros, en un 10% (IMD), al año 2012 respecto al año 2010. • Incrementar el intercambio interregional de productosagricolas y pecuarios, en un 25%, al año 2012 respecto al año 2010. • Disminución de los costos de transacción (fletes) de los productos, en un 25% al año 2012 respecto al año 2010.
