Application of technical skills for solving practical problems Prioritisation of tasks, Effective time management and resource planning . What & How & Since When ? Eagerness to learn and giving your best How to achieve this ? Answer : Student development Activities

Student participation in seminars , teaching specific subjects , handling queries Giving them exposure through media cell ,robotics club , literary society, sports committee, placement cell Individual Development is Required for : Individual Development Activities ( formal +informal ) Giving them platforms such as renaissance Telling them what their dream company requires in them……..well in advance Realization is point in the gradual process of development , acts as a trigger to focus their energies

  3. Assessing the Individual Potential w.r.t Employer Requirement well in advance Avg assessment results w.r.t 6 skills for x employer Result : Prioritized area for development – 1. Interpersonal skills 2. Communication skills

Student Development @JU Suggested Activities - 1 ) Alumni meetings and interaction with the achievers a : Possibility of recruitment to be looked into / collaboration with industries like Bosch , IBM , TCS , Microsoft , Accenture etc . b : Mentor – Mentee Concept : Alumni students – Present Students 2 ) National level Technical cum cultural fests 3) Interaction with industry experts ( frequency to be decided through webinars) 4) Regular activities : Media League , Sports Committee , Literary Society , Cultural Society etc with student involvement
