ICCA Board Meeting Feedback Additional investments – use of 2009 surplus: €44.000 for Chapter Education €30.000 for website enhancement, member benefits redefinition, ICCA Intelligence redesign, mobile apps 2009 was a strong year for ICCA, but there were resignations 2010 projections will be re-adjusted as the year began with 20 resignations; however, new members have been coming in already Total members today ~ 950 www.iccaworld.com
