  2. Mujer de 41 años. G1 A0 P1. • Gestante semana 27+2 que ingresa por hemorragia vaginal, dolor abdominal y bolsa rota con líquido amniótico verdoso. • Empeoramiento brusco que precisa cesárea, hallándose rotura uterina y hemoperitoneo. • Histerectomía posterior por sangrado incoercible.
