Project Overview Creating a Healthy Cookbook Students will work this month to design and edit their healthy cookbooks using their newly updated recipes. Working in committees, they will design the cover, write the introduction, organize a table of contents, and reformat their recipes for a class book. Second graders will also review the Food Guide Pyramid and why it is important to make healthy choices. They will discover how and why fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle.
