THE DAILY NEWS COBB COUNTY’S FAVORITE NEWSPAPER www.dailynews.cobb - Since 1879 Deadly Thunderstorm Coming Meteorologists have stated that a severe thunderstorm may be heading our way! Marietta, GA has had many thunderstorms this year, but none like the one Dr. Colacicco has stated is about to happen. “I’m pretty sure this is going to be the worst thunderstorm we have seen yet. I know that Cobb County schools are working on precautions to take, but I’m not sure it will be enough,” stated Dr. Colacicco in an interview last week. Cobb County schools have not commented on the matter but local middle schools are starting to take action. Dickerson Middle School has decided to make their entire building metal in order to NOT attract the lightning involved in thunderstorms. Sources say this may not be the best approach to the problem but are taking any suggestions that other local schools have. East Cobb Middle school has until February 27th to come up with a plan to create a building to combat this terrible storm. What will they come up with? The possibilities are ENDLESS but we need it to work!

Marietta, GA has not had many hurricanes this year, but none like the one Dr. Christian Wood has stated is about to happen. “I’m pretty sure hurricane Maher is going to be the deadliest hurricane we have seen yet. I know that Cobb County schools are working on precautions to take, but I’m not sure it will be enough,” stated Dr. Wood in an interview last week. Cobb County schools have not commented on the matter but local middle schools are starting to take action. Hightower Middle School has decided to replace all of their windows and doors with fishing net in order to keep the rain and possible floods out. Sources say this may not be the best approach to the problem but are taking any suggestions that other local schools have. East Cobb Middle school has until February 27th to come up with a plan to create a building to combat this terrible storm. What will they come up with? The possibilities are ENDLESS but we need it to work!

Marietta, GA has not had any tornados this year, but none like the one Dr. Audra Bothers has stated is about to happen. “I’m pretty sure tornado Doss is going to be the strongest tornado we have seen yet. I know that Cobb County schools are working on precautions to take, but I’m not sure it will be enough,” stated Dr. Audra Bothers in an interview last week. Cobb County schools have not commented on the matter but local middle schools are starting to take action. Marietta, GA has seen cold temperatures this year, but not a storm like the one, Dr. Schwak has stated, is about to happen. “I’m pretty sure Blizzard Ledesma is going to be the coldest blizzard we have seen yet. I know that Cobb County schools are working on precautions to take, but I’m not sure it will be enough,” stated Dr. Schwak in an interview last week. Cobb County schools have not commented on the matter but local middle schools are starting to take action. Dodgen Middle School has decided to place 10 additional air conditioners in the building. Sources say this may not be the best approach to the problem but are taking any suggestions that other local schools have.
