  1. 1 AVANCES EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA MATRIZ DE RIESGOSDE CORRUPCIÓN CORRUPCION La Empresa de Vivienda de Antioquia –VIVA, a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1474 del 2011, Estatuto Anticorrupción y su decreto reglamentario 2641 del 2012, basada en el parágrafo del art 73 de la Ley 1474 y teniendo en cuenta la existencia de este proceso dentro del SIG implementado desde el año 2007, realizó la revisión necesaria y validación de sus riesgos por proceso, conforme a lo estipulado en dicho Estatuto. La matriz de riesgos de procesos abarca no solo riesgos administrativos, sino también los riesgos de corrupción. Hoy la Entidad, se ha dado a la tarea de extractar todos los relacionados con el tema y construir una matriz independiente de riesgos de corrupción. Adjuntamos el informe de avance en la construcción de la matriz de riesgos de corrupción.
