Czech Republic's Spatial Development Policy 2008 • The Policy sets OB3 development area for the South Moravian Region:The area is affected by the development dynamics of the regional capital of Brno. It is a very strong concentration of population and economic activities, to a large extent of international significance; a development-promoting factor is its good accessibilty by motorways and speedways as well as by the 1st transit railway corridor.
