Intro • It has been one month since IGCSE school in Chennai has started and parents begin to think of how to motivate their children to get into the best start of this academic year. • Parents may find it challenging because children have been enjoying their past 2 months holidays and again get back to the school will be a lite tough task because of regular activities such as transportation, homework, sports and other extra-curricular activities going to be started. 

  3. The parents and children have to adopt this new activity soon. For example, during holiday time children gotten used to late bedtime, but once the school has started they have to follow the early bedtime schedule. It may surely take time to alter the sleep routine.

Below are the few tips, for successful school routine • Pick the right time to sleep and get up • It is important to set up a routine to choose what time your kids need to sleep in order to get up in the morning to get ready for school. • Children must need to have a good rate of sleep that is 9-10 hours every night. • Guaranteeing that your kids head to sleep at a suitable time implies they will get up on time too.
