Please see attached the report of this meeting for memory. It was confirmed in the attached letter from Mr Van Goethem to Mr Vlasov and in the attached letter of Mr Vlasov to Ms Testori Coggi that only meat products as defined in the EU are covered by the listing requirement. Therefore, we recommend to include in your list only establishments processing meat products, and to specify in the cover letter that, as agreed at the meeting of November 2009, this listing does not include establishment processing composite products. 2/ For composite products, the listing of establishment should not be requested, and we are trying to ask that the finished food products is certificate is requested only in the cases where the EU import conditions make it mandatory (if it contains meat or if it contains more than 50% of other products of animal origin). Bozza di nota per estensione di ICARUS Si fa riferimento ai requisiti stabiliti dal memorandum del 26 marzo 2008 firmato tra Unione Europea e Federazione Russa in materia di esportazione dei prodotti ortofrutticoli dai Paesi comunitari verso la Russia. Al riguardo al fine di poter assolvere all’esigenza di fornire trimestralmente alle Autorità russe le informazioni sui controlli effettuati sulle partite dei prodotti destinate all’esportazione in Russia viene prevista la possibilità per i singoli esportatori di potersi registrare sul sistema informatico ICARUS accedendo al sito web (……..) e compilando tutti i campi relativi ai dati dell’esportatore Regione Ragione Sociale Mittente sede legale Indirizzo struttura di spedizione TIPOLOGIA dei Prodotti ortofrutticoli prodotti /commercializzati recapito telefonico ed indirizzo e-mail previsti per l’acquisizione di una propria password per i successivi accessi al sistema e la registrazione dei dati relativi alle partite di prodotto da esportare verso la Federazione Russa. A tal fine si trasmette in allegato la lista degli esportatori attualmente registrati presso lo scrivente Ministero affinché la stessa venga diramata ai SIAN delle ASL per informare tutti gli esportatori di prodotti ortofrutticoli della necessità di registrarsi sul sistema informatico. La registrazione sul sistema informatico dovrà essere effettuata da tutti gli esportatori in lista e anche da quelli non presenti sulla lista e che dovessero iscriversi successivamente alla data della presente mail. Gli esportatori, per ciascuna partita spedita in Russia, dovranno registrare, entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla data di partenza della merce,sul sistema informatico ICARUS i seguenti dati: 1) estremi del certificato fitosanitario: a) Regione b) numero c) data; 2) lotti di produzione compresi nella partita a) natura dei prodotti compresi nei lotti b) sostanza/e impiegata/e nel trattamento del lotto; 3) nel caso in sui sia previsto ai sensi del punto 6 del memorandum (attualmente per l’esportazione di pere, mele, uva da tavola e nettarine) a) gli estremi del certificato SIAN - ASL - numero e data b) gli estremi del referto analitico - ragione sociale del laboratorio di analisi autorizzato per l’esportazione in Russia - sede del laboratorio - data del referto. I dati aggregati per REGIONE – PARTITE – LOTTI – SOSTANZE – CERTIFICAZIONI saranno utilizzati per fornire trimestralmente dialle Autorità russe le garanzie sul controllo delle partite di prodotti ortofrutticole esportate in Russia.
