Yüzeysel travmalar veya epitel kusurlar kornea dokusunun savunma mekanizmasını kırarak keratit şeklinde inflamasyonuna neden olurlar. • Blefarit • Lakrimal kese enfeksiyonu • Kuru göz, büllöz keratopati • Kontakt lens • Lagoftalmi • Nöroparalitik hastalık • Travma • Topikal veya sistemik immunosupressif ilaçlar KERATİT

  3. KORNEAL veya KONJONKTİVAL YABANCI CİSİM • Yüzey korneaya travma söz konusudur. • Uygun tedavi ile epitel defekt kusuru 24-48 saatte tedavi olur.

  4. İRİTİS • Üveitin en yaygın şeklidir. Siklitisle birlikte iritosiklit şeklinde sıklıkla görülür. Nedenleri • İmmünolojik (bakteriyel besinlere allerjik veya hipererjikreaksiyon • Sistemik hastalıkların semptomu (ankilozan spondilit, ülseraliferatif) • İnfeksiyonlar (penetran travmaya veya sepsise sekonder olarak)

  5. TANI • Silier enjeksiyon • Kombine enjeksiyon • Tyndall etkisi • Hipopiyon • Hifema

  6. SKLERİT • Skleranın diffüz veya lokalize inflamasyonudur. • Anterior • Posterior • Nekrotizan olmayan • Nekrotizan • Etyoloji • Sistemik otoimmun veya romatoid hastalık
