  6. OSSERVARE la cute e toccare bene il punto dove si è deciso di iniettare la dose. La zona scelta non deve avere degli ispessimenti.

  7. La cute umana è ricca di batteri che vivono sulla superficie come residenti senza capacità di creare malattie. Se vengono trasportati in profondità, possono essere in grado di stimolare una infezione. Assoluta necessità di disinfettare la cute prima della iniezione. E’ codificato “...strofinare la superficie cutanea per 15 secondi con un batuffolo di ovatta imbevuto di disinfettante, poi iniettare immediatamente. Fare attenzione a non toccare con le dita l’area disinfettata.” (Caputo-Monti, 1998)
