Status of WECC Standards Activity Recent Board Activity • Approved Retirement of EOP-007-WECC-CRT-1.1 as of July 1, 2013 • Addressed a fill-in-the-blank requirement • No longer necessary once NERC EOP-005-2 and EOP-006-2 become effective • Approved Retirement of PRC-002-WECC-RBP-1.1 immediately • December Board action results in no remaining requirements in this document not addressed by another document

  4. Status of WECC Standards Activity Recent Ballot Results • MOD-011 and 013-WECC-CRT-1 Steady State and Dynamic Data Criterion • 68.25% Quorum • 97.4 % Weighted Sector Approval • INT-008-WECC-RBP-2 Dynamic Schedule e-Tagging Requirement • 72.88% Quorum • 86.5% Weighted Sector Approval

Status of WECC Standards Activity FERC Filing Status • VAR-001-3 WECC Regional Variance • NERC filed this with FERC 2/25/23 • BAL-002-WECC-2 Contingency Reserves • Working on fourth version of the filing document • IRO-006-WECC-2 • Sent draft document to NERC on March 1 • Have not heard back • BAL-004-WECC-2 ATEC • Finalizing initial filing document

Status of WECC Standards Activity Other Activities • Request for Interpretation on TOP-007-WECC-1 • Are the requirements applicable to the Transmission Operator or the Path Operator? • Xcel request for a Variance to BAL-STD-002-0 Contingency Reserves • Utilize pumped storage facility for spinning reserves
