  1. Welcome To My School Plan Meeting (IEP)March 13, 2009 By: Chris THE FINAL PRAYER FOR THE SPRING 2009 UPWARD BASKETBALL TEAM

  3. MEET MY FAMILY… • I live with my mom and brother Devin 3/13/09 /bjl

  4. The Twins • Smokey and Zoey

  5. My Pooch • Annie

  6. At My School… I like these classes: Social Studies Science Language Arts I don’t like this class: M AE = MC 2 t ha²+b²=c² ? ? ?

  7. What I Like… What I like: Redskins and Steelers Video games Go fishing, skateboard, MonsterJam shows, giving a testimony at church  What I don’t like: Homework 8:00 AM Basketball games – too early

  8. When I Grow Up I Want To… • Be a: Minister or a Science Teacher • Live in: Las Vegas, Nevada • Have a: Motorcycle, House, My own family • See: California and Chicago

  9. I am good at: • Playing sports • Video games • Making up my mind to do what I want (riding my bike, learning to skateboard, swim, etc.) • Wanting to learn new things

  10. I need help with… • Improving my level of cooperation • A positive attitude (at times) • Arguing with my mom and brother (hey, it happens) • Keeping myself and my room clean

  11. How You Can Help Me Make Plans For My Future… What I need to: • Learn: A safe classroom, items that I can manipulate (like counters), calculator, an IEP • Make good choices: Reminders, sticky notes, consequences, the opportunity to learn from mistakes • Understand: Teachers who talk softly, extra time to do my work, as many ways as possible to physically handle my environment • Enjoy school: Being able to help the teacher, learning about science, being able to teach other kids

  12. My Goals For This Year… Achieve as many “A’s” as I can… GetpreparedtobecomeaBerkleyBulldog!!! Do the best I can… Transition to Mrs. N.’s class…

  13. My Goals For When I Grow Up… • Learn how to drive • Travel around the country • At least once in my life, drive a Monster Jam truck • Be independent
