ClubRunner Basics • District Uses ClubRunner • To communicate with club • To facilitate communication with district officers • To collect information from clubs • You need not use ClubRunner in your club to use ClubRunner at the district level • If your club uses ClubRunner, it will reduce your workload
Logging into District Website • If your club uses ClubRunner • Your club login name and password works on the district site • If your club does not use ClubRunner • You will need to get a login name and password • Click on New User? Click Here (upper left corner)

To have a Directory, Need the Data • Best way is to get members to log in an update their profile • Perhaps by having a computer with an Internet connection at your meetings • Can also Enter it Yourself
Submitting Attendance Reports(automatic if your club used ClubRunner)
ClubRunner for Your Club • Advantages • Simplifies Club Communication • Attractive and credible website and bulletin • Centralizes Data, but distributes access • Provides both pubic data and private data (available only to members who are logged in) • Automatically synchronizes with RI and District • Disadvantage • Cost (Between $19.95 and $99.95 per month)
What Can you Do with ClubRunner • Website (with no HTML experience) • Newsletter • Club Database, Attendance, Dues, etc. • List of Speakers (automatically listed on website and in the newsletter) • Reminders of Commitments in each Newsletter • Picture Galleries (public)
