  4. Know Your Campus Landscape • Resource Scan • Who is already on board? Where are your difficult areas? • What is the overarching philosophy on campus?

  5. Tapping Into Campus Initiatives/Priorities • What is already happening around campus that you can connect with? • Openness and compromise • Examples: Critical Diversity in a Digital Age / Go Green - Go 15

  6. Creating a Culture Shift Plan • Understanding who your faculty are... who are you going to go talk to, etc. • Baby steps and iterative work • Checklist and continual process improvement
