Systems Capture Following Information • Foreign Funded 218 • Government Funded 525 Total 743 (as at 1st quarter 2011) • Capital Budget Monitoring System - 54 Ministries • Number of Synthesized of Evaluation Reports - 46 • Number of Agency Results Frame work (ARF) - 34 in MfDR web page
These systems harmonized in to one system called INDIS. The system was developed by “Synergy International Systems Ltd”. under the UNDP TA Project. INDIS is collecting information on following components / applications. INDIS is an automated Information Management System developed to • Track the progress of development projects and identify the gaps. • Provide alerts on problem areas • Assist in resolving problems/ issues/ constraints • Provide effective access to development data (on-line information – Any where – Any time) • Serve as a reliable and credible source of information. • Capture the data at source • To introduce paperless monitoring system to the Gov. Sector
