Vehicle Services Division- Front OfficeThis unit provides support in the following areas: human resources, invoicing, supply and equipment ordering, divisional monthly/annual required reports, compliance for DOHR training, Legislative tracking, Zendesk tracking and various special projects as requested.   4. Vehicle Services Division – Call Center/Research/NCIC • This unit answer calls from the County Clerks, General Public and Law Enforcement. They also process Abandoned Vehicle applications, Vehicle Information Requests and correspondence for Stolen Vehicles. Vehicle Services Division – Exceptions/Operations • This unit processes title and/or registration applications for certain companies and special groups, starts the production process and completes order requests for controlled and non-controlled stock as well as processes registrations that the county offices are unable to complete.
