  3. Goal of this session • Review Customizations previously submitted by PUG members and see if they are still relevant • Are their additional customizations needed, if yes – hope you brought your your list! • What is our process for submitting, reviewing and communicating to Oracle

  4. Enhancements • Currently all of the ‘old’ enhancement requests are listed on the Benefits PUG Quest web-site • Sign into the Benefits PUG • Click on Manage Your Content • Enhancement Requests (bottom of drop down list)

  5. Once on the Enhancements you can use the Enhancement Tools on the left – or – see a full list of Enhancements

Enhancements • At this point, lets do a poll • Who has used this page – or - never seen this page • Also – for those who do use this page, when is the last time you’ve entered an Enhancement? • In April 2012 – we had the same 26 requests that are currently still listed, no nothing new since April 2012 • Review current list and see what is still needed? • Start over with new list?

  7. Enhancements • Again – this Enhancement request process is for the entire Benefits PUG • What works best • Do we have calls dedicated to enhancement requests, decide as a group what should be added? • Everyone just add an enhancement they are needing • Other suggestions on process?

  8. Enhancements - Process • Any VOLUNTEERS to work / assist with this process? • Oracle Process • As of today this is what Josh and I know about how the process with work in communicating enhancement requests to Oracle
