  2. 1. KULIT TANPA BULU • Kulit kelinci : 1. Disamak bulu --- disebut FUR 2. Tanpa Bulu --- kulit glace (kulit ternak kecil yg disamak chrome, biasanya u atasan sepatu wanita), kulit garmen ( jaket )

  3. Cara : • Pengawetan --- dg p’garam. • Pembersihan. • Perendaman (tdk boleh > 30oC) • Pengapuran • Buang Bulu --- enz. Exolite (enz. Protease). • Buang kapur (dg asam) • Bating / Pengikisan protein (dg enz. Papain, bromelin,pancreas, ragi tape) • Pengasaman • Penyamakan (dg khrom, penyamak nabati)

  10. Aktivitas enzim dalam pembuangan bulu Potongan kulit sapi ditimbang seberat 40 gr yang direndam dalam larutan enzim (5mg) enzim komersial/ml air sulingan. Kira-kira 2 ml larutan enzim/gr dari berat kulit yang digunakan.

  12. 2. KULIT BERBULU • Cara pengawetan hrs baik & benar (sblm kulit disamak) --- kerontokan & kerusakan bulu !! • 1. Penyamakan bulu samak krom. • 2. Penyamakan bulu samak alum.

  13. 1. Penyamakan bulu samak krom: • Perendaman (air, teepol, soda kue = 30 mnt). • Perendaman ulang • Bating (oropon, 1 jam). • Fleshing (buang daging dg pisau). • Penguatan bulu ( air, formalin, rendam 1 mlm) • Pengasaman (Pickling) (air, garam, HCOOH, H2SO4). Cek pH = 3 - 3,5

  14. Penyamakan (Tanning) (krom, soda kue, rendam 1 mlm). • Penetralan (air, soda kue). Cek dg indikator bCG. • Penyamakan ulang • Peminyakan
