Degree Programmein Oral Hygiene • Students graduating from the Degree Programmein Oral Hygiene gain the title 'Oral Hygienist' and have the qualification to work as an expert in oral health care. The degree programme offers • courses leading up to a Polytechnic Bachelor's Degree • specialization studies • further education in the discipline • open polytechnic education in the discipline • Continuing education (Master’s degree) Further education • Further education is organized with a consideration for the needs of professional life. The study period in continuing education leading up to a degree is shorter than normal, as it will be influenced by an earlier professional degree and/or work experience.The teaching takes place in Metropolia's premises on Mannerheimintie in Helsinki.
