But you can only use six words in your memoir-no more, no less-but it must summarize your spring break. You can write more than one, but can only share your best one. Dear Poets,Our poems are on display at the Robbinsville Library. I am so excited that you can share your passion for poetry with the citizens of Robbinsville. Your assignment today is to write a “I Can’t Write a Poem” poem. On your desk is a mentor poem to give you some ideas. All you have to do is make a list of creative excuses or complaints you might make when I ask you to write a poem. If you can’t think of any, make them up. Have fun!
