General Notes on Requirement Visibility Requirement Visibility: No Response, Evaluated Only A Requirement defined as having a “Visibility” of ‘No Response, Evaluated Only’ has the following properties: The Requirement is NOT displayed to the Supplier The Supplier can NOT respond to the requirement The Requirement carries an Importance/Comparative Weighting The Requirement is displayed to the Evaluation Team The Requirement can be scored (evaluated) by the Evaluation Team
