  4. To enhance current accountability by 10% It is important that every student grasps the ability to be successful through accountability In order to excel at our best we must be present!! At Wilmington we are B.I.O.N.I.C “Believe It Or Not I Care”

  8. In Conclusion We are concerned with students attendance and tardiness • Improve overall attendance by 10% • Determine why trainees are absent from training • Build an environment that makes us accountable of our actions as responsible adults

  9. SGA Role In Attendance • Pre- survey to determine reason for absences • Bar graph of attendance by Counselor Caseload • Post- survey to measure progress
