GarageBand • Preload voice parts • Create opportunities for Blended Learning • Additional support for the novice or struggling musician. • Model good technique, correct tone quality • Extend teaching day
Jigsawing • GarageBand MP3s can be transformed into a teaching tool in the classroom. • Use a boombox and a CD to provide an opportunity for student led sectionals. • Similar to a Jigsaw puzzle, students work in sections to learn voice part culminating in a combined final rehearsal of the music for that class period.
WIKI: What I know is….. • A "wiki" is a website that allows people who use the website to edit it (or specific portions, like the answers to questions such as this website allows). It allows users to collaborate together to create content.
