The Marauders Map

1. The Marauders Map You see your friend in a restricted section with a teacher fast approaching. Create a distraction? Your crush is sitting by themselves in the library. Go see what they're doing? You are at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry and a strange and magical map comes into your possession. On this map you can see the location and movements of every person in the school. You stare at it for a second, watching the little dot with your name above it pace back and forth. You see the names of many people you know in areas they shouldn't be in. Three specific things Really catch your eye. You see the name of somebody you have never heard of pacing an area outside bathrooms. Investigate?

2. You see your friend in a restricted section with a teacher fast approaching. Create a distraction? Yes No

3. You decide that your friend deserves to get in trouble because they shouldn't be there in the first place. Your friend is expelled.

4. You move swiftly to the area to create a distraction for your friend to escape the restricted section. Teacher doesn’t fall for your distraction. Teacher falls for your distraction.

5. The teacher doesn't fall for your distraction and catches your friend in the restricted section. You are both expelled.

6. The teacher falls for your distraction and decides to investigate this ‘stranger’ you speak of. You quickly go into the restricted section to find your friend and tell them all about what you saw and what you did.

7. You see the name of somebody you have never heard of pacing an area outside bathrooms. Investigate? Yes No

8. You sneak up on the person and watch them from a distance. They are moving quite quickly and look a bit devious and as if they are up to something. They keep looking over their shoulder to ensure no one can see them. Alert a teacher to the stranger's presence. Continue following. Just keep your distance.

9. The person realises you are following them and puts a spell on you so you cannot move. You remain stuck, unable to move or speak.

10. Teacher asks you how you came by this information when you are supposed to be in your dormitory. Confess everything. Lie.

11. Confess everything about the map and hand it over. The teacher does nothing about the stranger in the halls. Instead they decide to reprimand you for your insolence and has you expelled.

12. Lie to the teacher about your reasons for noticing the stranger. Tell them that you were on your way to the bathrooms and you saw the stranger skulking around the halls. The teacher sees the map tucked hastily into your pocket and asks what it is. You lie and say it's nothing. They pull it from your pocket and discover it's truth. The teacher believes you and follows you to the place you last saw the stranger.

13. The stranger throws a curse at your teacher and you which paralyses you both. You are unable to move or speak.

14. Your map is confiscated and you are expelled.

15. Your crush is sitting by themselves in the library. Go see what they're doing? Yes No

16. They are studying for an exam. It is for a subject that you do not take or have a clue about. Do you pretend you know what you're talking about to spend time with them? Yes No

17. You decide to investigate something else

18. They find out very quickly that you were lying about being able to help. You are embarrassed and decide to run back to your dormitory. You don't speak to them again.

19. They thank you for your honesty and ask if you want to hang out some time soon.
