  2. Overall • Still Procurement Stage • Mechanics under fabrication • Delay on DAQ-stack boards, UW/UMD

  3. DAQ Box • Mechanical Structure: Under fabrication, Due 1-2 weeks • DAQ-board stacks: (Problematic!) ATRI Board will be ready in a week All PCBs to be sent to OSU with ATRI boards • Cables / connectors:RF Connectors: A restricted bidding to be started ASAP, waiting accounting procedures (short delivery time < 1 week): Cables: RF cables ready, Power cables will be ready by 1-2 weeks • Filters: Waiting for shipping from UW in 2 weeks All others ready or under purchasing process smoothly

  4. Antennas • V-pol production Splitting to three companies by parts to avoid bidding (Wire + Ring + PC tube/Assembly)  Should be ready by End of Aug • H-pol production Endcap plate (on going 1-2 weeks) Waiting for PC tube from UW Ferrites to be ready by Mid-Late Aug Antenna Cables to be ordered!

  5. LNA Box • Housing 4 sample productions from different companies  Will choose one of them today. 3 weeks lead time and partial delivery would be available  Assembly will be started with spare parts

  6. Optical Modules (TX/RX) Waiting housing and parts from UW (Schedule TBC)

  7. Cables Down Hole RF cables including 200 m power have been ordered (Middle - End of Aug) RF Jumpers for Antenna should be ordered ASAP

  8. Storage/Carriers • Antennas/Optical Modules: Customized Foam • LNA Box Water proof Pelican Box • DAQ Box / Cables To be placed into wooden crates with foams • Cables Use delivered creates/boxes?

  9. Manpower • NTU Jiwoo, Tsungche, Chiching, Chuanjui, Lice, two undergraduates • OSU (Aug 07~20) Eugene and Paul • Chiba (Schedule TBD) Aya, Keiichi • UH (Schedule TBD) Brendan or Ben • UW (Schedule TBC) Mike & Albrecht (short visit around Aug 21) • Missing Test Crews: Patrick & one from UCL

  10. Work Environment • Two Work Tables Ready (total 4) • A soldering bench table ready (total 2) • Part Drawer Racks Ready (2x2) • Cable Racks to be produced
