Industrial Revolution The industrial revolution had people moving from rural to urban areas. What does that mean???!!!
It means that people moved from rural (country) areas to urban (city) areas to find work, mostly in factories. This was the biggest migration movement in the U.S., when people moved from their country homes to work in the big city!
