  2. Reference group • The Norwegian reference group is ready. Next step will bee to have the first meeting (not done yet doe to not able to find time for all) • The numbers of members will maybe change after the first meeting (rock basting (EFEE), police,?) . • I have sent information about the EUExcert project to the Norwegian reference group. • I have asked Erik for help here. Hope for the first meeting in September . 1

  3. PROGRESS REPORT Terminology in Norway. We have a Nammo Raufoss terminology but it is not so easy to translate. Normally we use NATO standard. Describing systems of education and training, certification, legislation in Norway.( Need improvement ) 1

  10. Intentions /unsolved cases • Existing training and education in explosives field in Norway • Identify the missing education an training in Norway: I have asked the authorities but so far there are no responses. I will send a updated version when I get some more information on this two subject. Civilian / military ? Here we need more information from the reference group 1

  11. Challenge in Norway ? • Few explosives producers (two) • Large differences between Civilian producers and military ammunition producers • The department in the government is understaffed • The loves and regulations is general • Not enough resources in small companies 1
