  2. We will be making a change! • This will mean more appointments available for booking in advance • You may be asked to speak to a GP before you book a same day appointment • We may be able to deal with your query over the phone saving you a trip to the surgery

  3. We will be making a change! • This change is a result of feedback from our patients. • We hope that it will result in a more positive experience when booking an appointment. • It will only apply to GP appointments and not appointments with our nursing team.
