  10. Compliance with Article 8of the Financing Memorandum Art. 8.3.a) According to EC’s letter Ref. REGIO I2/UN/ sd (2011) 910308 dated 01.08.2011 the conditions under point 8.3.a are considered as fulfilled. Art. 8.3.b) According to EC’s letter Ref. Reg12/SP/vg D/(2010)920241), 007401 dated 16.08.2010 the conditions under point 8.3.b are considered as fulfilled. Art. 8.3.c) According to EC’s letter Ref. Reg12/VN/vg D/(2011)668482), 610178 dated 07.06.2011, the EC considers the conditions under Article 8.3.c as fulfilled.
