  17. Construction/Reconstructionof Sewerage Network – LOT1 The final assessment for the result achieved in LOT 1 is about 23 % (excluding recovering of the roads). Sliven Municipality has submitted in MoEW documentation to apply for financing under the OP Environment. The new project includes the activities of LOT1 that were not completed by ISPA.

  18. Compliance with Article 8of the Financing Memorandum All conditions under Article 8 of the FMrelated to payments are considered fulfilled.
