Solution • Heart Meds tid 10:00 and 18:00 and 0200 (after meals) • Temp, Pulse, BP and Resp: q6h 8:00 14:00 20:00 02:00 • Antibiotics q8h 08:00 and 16:00 and 24:00 (before meals) • ROM bid 10:00 and 18:00 • Pain meds TID 0900 and 1600 and 22:00 and more if needed
