Project Evaluation Tool The Idea • To adopt the project management according to a classification • It is to focus our efforts according to type of project while satisfying all our customers • Classification for piloting the projects Focusing our efforts where they are most needed ! Developing a tool for project evaluation • Taking into account the different themes of risk analysis • Determination of parameters affecting the projects (15 in total to be assessed according to 3 levels) • In BHT, used a posteriori on 11 projects to define a rule • To be completed early in the project (after transfer) • The score calculated by the tool is validated with the team leader Project rating presentation – 06/08/2010 - P 5
